Weekday Venue Rental (Monday – Thursday) $4500.00 plus tax & security if applicable.
Friday & Sunday Venue Rental (Friday & Sunday) $5500.00 plus tax & security if applicable. (We do not rent the venue on the 1st & 3rd Sundays each month.) These days are reserved for our Fresh Market Brunch. We invite you to check it out.
Saturday Venue Rental $6500.00 plus tax & security if applicable.
Inclusive Decor & Day of Planner Package $3300.00 (Select Decor from Ivy & Grace, Photo booth use, Day of planner, Use of rentals from Winchester Fresh Market (plates, flatware, glasses, bar-ware etc).
Our venue rental include. Use of the 1900 sqft building (cafe & market area available for use after 3 p.m.), tables & chairs for 200 guests (additional tables & chairs available for rent), bride & groom suites, communal lounge, patio area, 2 permanent bars, catering kitchen ($500 charge for outside catering, paid for by client).
Looking for fresh locally inspired food. Meet with our Chef Jonathan Austin of Nashville Events & Catering. Their seasonally inspired menus are spectacular, or ask Jonathan to customize menus to specifically fit your event.
